Parker Robbins was just trying to steal enough to afford good medical care for his mom. Then he shot a demon and took its cloak. Turns out the cloak was a conduit for Dormammu, The Dread One. Reluctantly using Dormammu's help, Robbins has assembled the largest empire of super-criminals in history.

At Max Level: Level 3: Deals 102 damage per tile destroyed (Total damage of 1836). Level 4: Deals 172 damage per tile destroyed (Total damage of 3096). Level 5: Deals 317 damage per tile destroyed (Total damage of 5706).
Dormammu’s Aid
POWER COST 0 (PASSIVE) The Dread One is always working in Parker’s life. Each turn there are more than 11 Blue or Purple tiles on the board, steal 1 AP of that color.
Level Upgrades: Level 2: Requires more than 10 tiles. Level 3: Also steal Red and Green. Level 4: Requires more than 9 tiles. Level 5: Also steal Black and Yellow.
Intimidation
POWER COST 9 The Hood demands results, threatening his allies so they work faster. Damages the target for 230 and reduces the timer on 1 random friendly Countdown tiles by 1.
At Max Level: Level 3: Deals 1043 damage to the current target. Level 4: Deals 1216 damage to the current target. Level 5: Deals 1390 damage to the current target.
Twin Pistols was changed in November 2014. Originally, it gave standard damage and AP for the tiles destroyed and would not end the turn at level 5. Developer announcement
