Hero Points, is a type of premium currency in Marvel: Puzzle Quest. It is used to purchase Token packs from the store and to increase your availible Roster Slots, allowing you to recruit more characters. It can also be used to purchase shields in PVP tournaments.

Acquisition

Hero Points can be acquired from:

Progression Rewards in various events.
Higher Placement Rewards in events.
Mission Rewards.
Daily Rewards.
Adding a champion level
On the occasion when characters powers are changed, the character can be sold for Hero Points for a limited time (even if not a champion).
Champion characters can be sold for HP depending on level and rarity.

Buying Roster Slots

One of the primary uses for Hero Points is buying roster slots which allow you to keep additional characters. The first few are sold as single slots, then they are sold as packs, then singles again.

There is currently a maximum of 300 roster slots.
