Once again Steve Rogers dons the stars and stripes, prepared to fight those that would subvert liberty and freedom.
To combat evil, Captain America has re-equipped with a shield made of pure energy. Villains are about to find out that an avenging Super Soldier is bad news for business.

Captain America courageously rushes to protect the team's flank. Transforms 3 basic chosen tiles into yellow protect tiles, each with a strength of 55.

Level Upgrades:
Level 2: Increases Protect strength to 72.
Level 3: Increases Protect Strength to 88.
Level 4: Increases Protect Strength to 107.
Level 5: Transform 4 tiles.

At Max Level:
Level 3: Creates three Yellow Protect Tiles with strength of 278 each (total strength of 834).
Level 4: Creates three Yellow Protect Tiles with strength of 339 each (total strength of 1017).
Level 5: Creates four Yellow Protect Tiles with strength of 339 each (total strength of 1356).

Star-Spangled Avenger

POWER COST 11
The Captain hurls his trusty shield into battle. Hits the target for 219 damage and transforms a chosen basic tile into a 3 turn red Countdown tile that returns 8 Red AP.

Level Upgrades:
Level 2: Deals 482 damage. Returns 9 Red AP.
Level 3: Deals 745 damage. Can target Strike, Protect, Attack, and Web tiles.
Level 4: Deals 1007 damage. Returns 10 Red AP.
Level 5: Deals 1270 damage. Can target any tile.

At Max Level:
Level 3: Deals 2363 Damage.
Level 4: Deals 3197 Damage.
Level 5: Deals 4031 Damage.

Peacemaker

POWER COST 12
Captain America gallantly launches his shield at the enemy. Stuns the target for 2 turns and transforms a chosen basic tile into a 3 turn blue Countdown tile that returns 8 Blue AP.

Level Upgrades:
Level 2: Converts to a strength 38 Protect tile when activated. Returns 9 Blue AP.
Level 3: Can target strike. protect, attack, and web tiles. Protect strength increased to 61.
Level 4: Returns 10 Blue AP. Protect strength increased to 84.
Level 5: Can target any tile. Protect strength increased to 106.

At Max Level:
Level 3: Creates Blue Protect Tiles with strength of 195.
Level 4: Creates Blue Protect Tiles with strength of 268.
Level 5: Creates Blue Protect Tiles with strength of 342.

Notes

Do not get confused between Steve Rogers (Super Soldier) and Steve Rogers (Captain America), they are different. The basic structure of their powers are identical, however Steve Rogers (Super Soldier) is a 3-star hero as opposed to the 2-Star Steve Rogers (Captain America) version. Steve Rogers (Super Soldier) has a higher level cap of 166, a higher max health and all 3 of his powers have significantly increased effects compared to Steve Rogers (Captain America).
